Meet Sierra Strother

Sierra's personal style is a direct reflection of her own mentors’, Pamela Meriweather and Tiffany Wilson, teachings. Both of which are descendants of the ancient Himalayan Yogi Masters. She is so very grateful to be one of their pupils and a part of their legendary community. The key components of her teachings are asana (the physical poses) with proper alignment and engagement, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. Sierra's classes tend to flow organically and slowly allowing students to experience the full aspects of a pose, reconnect with their mind and breath, and settle into and through the initial tensions of a physical practice. All of which can be accomplished whether the class is restorative, gentle, or power.
